Service Plus Program
Service Plus is a program designed to keep your residential heating and cooling system in top operating condition year round
The way the agreement works is simple. For $99 per year Batjer Services will come to your home 2 times. In those service calls we will perform a series of tests and inspections on both your heating system and your air conditioning system all in an effort to prevent major problems that will occur in any mechanical system unless it is maintained. In a Service Plus service call Batjer technicians will :
Inspect / clean or replace filter
Check refrigerant pressure
Tighten electrical connections
Check proper voltage and amp draw
Lubricate all moving parts where needed
Check belts for proper condition and tension
Check condensation drain
Check electrical controls
Inspect and clean condenser coils
Check heating operation including ignition sequence and pilot performance if applicable.
In addition the the service on the left Batjer will also inspect the list of parts for proper function:

You will be elevated to "Preferred Customer" status which takes your service call to the front of the line even in the busiest times of the year. You will receive a 15% discount on parts and labor. Service Plus will indeed help lower your utility bills by keeping your present heating or air conditioning system in proper working order. This program will give your system longer life because it will be operating at peak performance. Having this program will give you piece of mind as you won't have to worry about whether your heating or air conditioning system will keep up on the coldest or hottest days of the year. And Batcher Service will maintain your warranty records to eliminate that hassle from your life.
